Benefits to Switching to Aviaries for Small Parrots

There are many benefits that I have found with the little birds being in their 6 foot walk in aviary. With all of the birds, I’ve seen so many improvements but there are two big notable ones with the small ones

1) flocking. They are all flocking together in all ways. They are constantly interacting with one another. They are flying together in flocks. They are sharing food and toys better and better. They’re learning to communicate properly which means there are less arguments between them.

2) their flight has gotten amazing! They are so good at flying now! Before, they would climb all over the aviaries and it took so long to get from one place to another for them. Then, they didn’t understand how to put on the landing gear. Now, they’re flying like little champs and initiating flight which they never did unless they had to.

These things are great for their health and their social well-being. The improvement is so appreciated by everyone
